Offering nicotine cessation classes

Wyoming Quit Tobacco (WQT) is a free service available to all adult residents of Wyoming who are ready to quit tobacco or nicotine products. WQT is available 24/7 online or by phone. One-on-one coaching sessions, individualized quit plans, and up to 12 weeks of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) are available for eligible participants.

We have many free resources available to the community such as medication lock boxes, pill bottle locks, gun locks, quit kits, nicotine replacement therapy, education, resources, and information. We provide free trainings for Mental Health First Aid, QPR, and nicotine cessation groups.
