Douglas Senior Center serves a wonderful weekday lunch for all seniors and disabled adults. Socialization We offer a wide variety of activities, Nutrition programs CCAS, INC has dining rooms in both locations. Our professionally trained, friendly staff prepare quality approved meals. Also for the qualified individual there are home delivered meals.

Help at Home is customized to target the needs of each individual we serve. The Hub supports while maintaining a person’s dignity, respect and independence. Homecare includes helping individuals with things such as cooking, shopping, essential cleaning, and essential laundry. Personal Care includes assisting with bathing, grooming, feeding, ambulating, exercising, oral hygiene, and skincare.

Uinta Senior Center, connecting older adults to vital services in one place, to help them stay healthy and independent. We serve over 214 Seniors per day in Evanston, Bridger Valley, Afton and Kemmerer. USCI offers a wide variety of programs and services.

Supported Employment

The Wyoming Home Services (WyHS) program is used to provide services to those qualified individuals who are at risk of premature institutionalization. These services are designed to keep people in the least restrictive environment for as long as possible. The goal of Skilled Home Health is to provide treatment for your illness or injury, to teach you how to manage chronic long-term disease conditions and to help you maintain the highest level of wellness while living at home. Our professional staff will work with your physician to develop your plan of care.

MCE Day Services reflect the interests as well as the needs of each individual. We are excited to announce that MCE offers multiple services, to include Adult Day and Community Support Services, each with a unique structured focus that will help to better serve individual needs.

Personal care services are a 1:1 service provided to assist participants in completing task they would do normally if they did not have a disability. This may include activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, etc. Assistance provided may be in the form of hands-on, cuing or prompting. Personal care services are provided in the participant’s home or on their property.

Life Skills Wyoming is a provider of services for people with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, seizure disorders, cerebral palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury and more. The services we provide bring an enhanced quality of life to people with a wide range of needs, one good deed at a time.

This includes services that help individuals develop independent living and community skills and engage in new interests.

CCSS is a non-profit organization providing senior programs and assistance for individuals 60 years of age and over. Funded by state and federal grants along with assistance from Crook County Commissioners, Towns of Sundance, Hulett, and Moorcroft. We offer a Nutrition Program, Senior Companion Assistance, Medical Alert, Respite Care, Personal Care, Homemaking Services, AARP Driver Safety Classes, Social Activities, Blood Pressure & Toenail Clinics, Transportation and more!

Home Health We offer friendly, Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists that provide the best in skilled services. We match these amazing licensed and certified caregivers with you for compatibility.

Originally designated to serve the community’s senior population, in 2009 with construction of our new facility, services and amenities were incorporated to address the needs of the entire community. Now, the Center offers programs and services for residents of all ages; child day care, education, outreach, senior meals, in-home health services, and public-use space for meetings and events.
