Cody Regional Health Home Health provides care for patients in the home setting within a defined service area, including Cody, Powell, Meeteetse, Burlington and Ralston. Home health services are for patients who need attentive care and have trouble leaving home on their own. Nurses are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. You or your loved one may receive care from a team of home health professionals who work together to provide comprehensive, well-rounded care.

Central Wyoming Hospice & Transitions provides outpatient care wherever a person calls home in Natrona, Converse, and Platte countand operates two inpatient Hospice Homes in central Casper. Our Community Living Center (CLC) unit provides hospice, long term and acute rehab care. The Old Glory CLC is a long-term care unit for veterans who meet eligibility conditions. Eligibility is based on service connection/employability for long-term care and respite care. The ECU is located on the first floor of the main building, in the east end.

120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility. We offer Long Term Care and Short Term Rehabilitation, Hospice Care and respite care.

Hospice of Laramie provides nursing services on an intermittent basis, physician services related to terminal diagnosis, medication related to terminal diagnosis, Certified Nursing Assistant care, medical equipment and supplies, social services and counseling, spiritual support, short-term inpatient and respite care, continuous care up to 24 hours during a crisis, trained volunteers, bereavement services, and physical/dietary/speech therapy.

St. John’s Hospice Care takes an integrated approach, which involves the hospice medical director, skilled nurses, social workers, pharmacists, certified nursing assistants, spiritual care, trained volunteers, grief and bereavement support, and, of course, the patient and their families.

Enhabit provides skilled home health and hospice services to the residents of Fremont and Hot Springs counties. Their professional healthcare team includes nurses, social workers, physical, speech and occupational therapy, chaplains, bereavement counselors, home health aides and hospice volunteers.
