The clinic offers treatment encompassing everything from a simple cough or cold to life-threatening conditions such as pneumonia, lung cancer, scarring of the lung (pulmonary fibrosis), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and more.

Inpatient and Outpatient Services provided with no appointment necessary:• Arterial Blood Gas Testing • Cardiac Event Monitoring • Oximetry with and without exercise • EKG's • Respiratory Treatments Services by Appointment: • Cardiac Exercise Stress Testing with or without Echocardiogram • Pulmonary Function Testing including simple and pre/post bronchodilator • Holter Monitoring, (24 hr. & 48 hr. studies available)

The overall goals of the program are to reduce morbidity and mortality associated with occupational coal dust exposure by promoting maximum functionality of our patients’ cardiopulmonary health, improving patient compliance with doctor’s recommendations and safety regulations, decreasing prevalence of Black Lung cases, and improving quality of life for miners.
