Wyoming Life Resource Center (WLRC) is a residential community with therapeutic and medical support services. This 24-hour care, 365 days a year Intermediate Care Facility for People with Intellectual Disability (ICF/ID) and Skilled Nursing Facility serves people with exceptionally difficult behaviors, and who are hard to place. It is home to state of the art care, learning, and job opportunities.

Congregate noon meals served at Powell Senior Center Monday - Friday and at Rocky Mountain Manor Monday - Saturday. Meals delivered to home bound individuals, Monday - Saturday. Medical Loan equipment. Medicare/Social Security sign up and navigation. Crafts, cards, foot clinic, exercise classes, fraud education, etc.

The Burns Branch Library is located in the heart of Main Street, next to Wyoming Bank & Trust and down the street from the U.S. Post Office. It serves a population of more than 300 people, including the residents within Laramie County School District #2. Curbside delivery is available all hours the library is open, weather permitting.
