Rendezvous Pointe offers Meals and Nutrition. Other services include minor home modification, temporary respite, and assistance with emergency. Beyond the In-Home services, Rendezvous Pointe offers a lending closet for anyone in temporary need whether due to an accident, surgery or other infirmity. Among other items, the Closet includes walkers, canes, crutches, shower and bath benches, pill boxes, toilet seat risers, wheel chairs, electric wheelchairs, and wheelchair ramps.

ASSIST door to door transportation services are primarily for elderly and disabled individuals by reservation at least a week in advance. All qualified registered passengers must pay exact cash or can purchase E-Pass rides at the Transit office. Fare assistance may be available; to apply contact Transit office for information. LINK bus offers fixed transportation service in Casper, Evansville, Mills and parts of Natrona County.

The Veterans Transportation Service (VTS) provides safe and reliable transportation to Veterans who require assistance traveling to and from VA health care facilities and authorized non-VA health care appointments. VTS also partners with service providers in local communities to serve Veterans’ transportation needs.

Our services are provided with the provisions of the Older Americans Act. This means that we are here to serve ALL people who have reached their 60th year (and their spouses). Riverton Public Transportation Service (RPTS) is a curb-to-curb transit service for folks in the Riverton area. RPTS provides services to the general public or anyone 18 years of age or older. All our buses are equipped with either a lift or a ramp. To schedule a ride, please call our Dispatch Department at 307-856-3546. We do suggest a 24-hour notice

The Meeteetse Recreation District takes pride in being able to provide transportation for members of our community; whether it be for groceries, household supplies, or medical treatment. We make a weekly trip to Cody on Thursdays. Please schedule your trip with the Senior Center (868-2622) or the Rec (899-2698) by Wednesday if you need a ride.

The Cody Senior Center is open to anyone aged 60 or older. Membership is free! All you need to do to become a member is fill out a two-page questionnaire. That questionnaire must be updated annually.

STAR provides public transportation in Sweetwater County. STAR provides door-to-door service as well as stop-to-stop service by appointment with 24 hours notice and may also provide same-day service, depending on availability. Door-to-door rides are $2.00 and stop to stop rides are $1.00. Seniors over 60 ride for free. STAR also provides transportation between Rock Springs and Green River, but only at designated times during the day
