Rendezvous Pointe offers Meals and Nutrition. Other services include minor home modification, temporary respite, and assistance with emergency. Beyond the In-Home services, Rendezvous Pointe offers a lending closet for anyone in temporary need whether due to an accident, surgery or other infirmity. Among other items, the Closet includes walkers, canes, crutches, shower and bath benches, pill boxes, toilet seat risers, wheel chairs, electric wheelchairs, and wheelchair ramps.

Our services are provided with the provisions of the Older Americans Act. This means that we are here to serve ALL people who have reached their 60th year (and their spouses). Lasagna Love started at the beginning of the pandemic when one mom was looking for a way to help moms in her community. She and her toddler started making and delivering meals to families in the neighborhood who were struggling, whether that struggle was financial, emotional, or simply a feeling of overwhelm. Lasagna Love has since grown into an international movement, with thousands of people all cooking and delivering meals to families in their communities.

Socialization We offer a wide variety of activities, Nutrition programs CCAS, INC has dining rooms in both locations. Our professionally trained, friendly staff prepare quality approved meals. The Mission of The Kemmerer Senior Center is to provide multiple services to meet the communal needs of the senior citizens of South Lincoln County, which will increase their self-sufficiency, safety, health and wellness.

We offer a variety of daily activities including games, arts, crafts, exercise and more, as well as weekly programs and monthly special events. Nutritious meals offered to senior citizens at the center, Monday through Friday. Also offers home delivered meals to those who qualify. Please call for more information. The Shoshoni Senior Center offers meals and services for senior citizens. Those age 60 and older can register, but all ages are welcome to join us as a guest for meals and activities. We offer transportation, activities, exercise equipment, a lending library, coffee, public-use computers, and other services. The Senior Center is a community gathering place and also offers visitor information.

The Weston County Senior Citizen Center is here to offer a variety of services and activities for the local seniors. Our hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Get your friends together and come to the Senior Center on Friday Mornings at 9:00 AM and have some coffee and the best cinnamon rolls in Weston County!
